Conceptual Designer/Art Director – Healthcare Agency

Hanson Zandi is based in Marlow, Bucks with its celebrated restaurants, excellent sports and shopping facilities and its beautiful Thames-side setting. The HPS Group also has offices in London and near Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interrogate briefs to get under the skin of the business objectives
  • Create amazing ideas and develop them across apps, websites, storyboards and print collateral
  • Be an excellent communicator to enable you to share your thoughts and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate openly with other creatives, developers and the account team
  • Deliver consistent high-quality work to deadlines with keen attention to detail

You’re just what we need if you have …

  • A can-do attitude and a curious mind
  • A love of advertising and all things creative and digital
  • A portfolio to be proud of – with a desire to do even better
  • The confidence to present both internally and to clients
  • A degree in graphic design, advertising or similar
  • Wizard skills across the key Adobe Creative Suite packages
  • At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare advertising
  • After Effects skills would be nice (but not essential)

Copywriter

About you

  • Driven to create outstanding, intelligent creative solutions
  • Passionate about health, medical progress, with a patient-centric focus
  • Knowledgeable, curious and excited by all things digital
  • Adaptable, friendly and professional

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a medical copywriter 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences
  • Experienced and skilled at Word and Powerpoint
  • Excellent English literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good knowledge of the ABPI code of practice and Zinc Maps
  • Experience of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault an advantage
  • Team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • The ability to multitask and the enthusiasm to go that extra mile
  • You will have cultivated a real eye for detail

Your role

  • To work with the Art Directors or Designers to develop inspired creative work
  • To create compelling, accurate, concise, ABPI compliant copy, with the ability to write for a range of audiences and media types
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing and medical clients
  • Supporting the account teams with medically-related strategic insight
